On December 13,1994 the Czech Society for Quality has obtained the Accreditation Certificate No. 087/1994 for the certification of workers, issued by the National Accreditation Organ – the Czech Institute for Accreditation, o.p.s. On January 4, 1995 the Czech Society for Quality has obtained, as the only organization in the Czech Republic, an Accreditation Certificate of the European Organization for Quality, whose full member the Society is and it is accredited to certify workers active in the area of quality assurance of production enterprises, laboratories and organisations of the administration in the following scope:
Applicants for certification who fulfill requirements of an examination corresponding to separate types of certificates, will obtain a CSQ QM, QP and QA, EMS-M, EMS-A, BOZP-M, BOZP-AM, PoSM, VPoSM and TQM-Leader Certificate plus an EOQ (European Organization for Quality) Certificate. To obtain this Certificate, valid in most European countries as proof of the qualification of EOQ personnel for the area of quality, for EOQ quality system managers and for EOQ quality auditors the candidate has to fulfil requirements on the applicant. These requirements can be found on pages referring to separate types of personnel certificates.
The Certificate of the Czech Society for Quality is issued for a period of three or five years and lists of valid Certificates are published in the CSQ Bulletin and on www.csq-cert.cz.
A person that has obtained a CSQ Certificate for QP, QM and QA, EMS-M, EMS-A, BOZP-M, BOZP-AM, PoSM, VPoSM and TQM-Leader, may apply for an EOQ Certificate with that he does not need to pass another examination. After the time of validity of the certificate is over the holder of the certificate repeats the examination (recertification) to prove that he, even after the term of validity of the certificate has elapsed, fulfils respective requirements. After a successful recertification examination the validity of the Certificate is prolonged and also a prolongation of the EOQ Certificate (issuing of a new one) can be requested without another examination.
The applicant can obtain all information concerning the course, duration and content of the examination and detailed requirements on the required education, practice and expert practice and a list of literature suitable for the preparation for the exam free after having paid the examination and certification fee and after his application has been registered.
